Online Therapy
We value our relationship with you and want you to be as comfortable as possible in our sessions together. We understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help especially if you’re not meeting in-person. Here are some examples of how we have adapted our online sessions to ensure they replicate in-person sessions as much as possible:
We offer a 15 minute video consultation with your therapist at no cost to get an idea of what the online experience is like.
Our online sessions will be on a secure platform to protect your privacy.
We will send you a list of items you will need to have with you so that will help take care of yourself during our sessions (example: tissues, pen/paper, water, or tea).
We use a secure platform to send homework and documents.
We will always have a backup plan in case we lose connection.
