IIt starts with something small. The pressures, whether they come from yourself or others, keep mounting. And then, just like that, your worrying spirals out of control. You want to get something done to calm yourself down but can’t concentrate when you try. Your thoughts race too fast for you to make sense of them, and everything feels too overwhelming to even begin to explain. 

 Eventually, you’re completely drained. You find yourself mentally and physically exhausted. You’re frustrated and disappointed. How did this happen again?

 Anxiety is overwhelming. But it doesn’t need to control you anymore. I have provided counselling and coaching services for individuals with mental health concerns in clinic, school, and sports settings for 5 years. I combine elements from a variety of therapeutic modalities in order to find strategies that work for your needs and lifestyle. My approach is to truly hear what you’re going through, meet you where you’re at, and equip you with skills to make progress.

 You can show up heartbroken, ecstatic, so stressed that you can’t think straight, or anywhere in between, and it will be okay. Whatever you bring to our sessions, I promise that we will find a way to work through it together.
